Growing in the high mountains of the Yunnan province, Red Phoenix tea is an elegant and aromatic blend that is created by plucking only the very best tea buds resulting in a tea that is renowned for taste and quality.

Hints of sweet honey make this a real comfort tea in the colder months.

Brewing instructions: This tea is best enjoyed at 90 degrees. 2-3 minutes is all it takes to deliver an unforgettable explosion of flavour and aroma. Use approximately 6 grams of tea for a standard size cup of hot water (300 ml). Once brewed Red Phoenix tea will be a captivating bright red colour.

Ingredients: Jin Xuan Golden Daylily organic black tea.
